Very very uncomfortable and hard to pull off sides.

Service and delivery comments:

This was delivered twice. the first delivery nevery showed me how to open or use the unit. The side arms were stuck on the holdings and could not be removed. They left so fast, I couldnt even inspect the product. Second delivery showed me how to open into a bed and take off the side arms. Customer service never called me back to set up the redelivery. I called them more than 3 times on the problem.I spoke to so many differnt people and got pushed off to others. The customer service was very disorganized.
