Scheduling Delivery

Your furniture delivery is scheduled for the earliest available date on our delivery schedule. We cannot guarantee the time or day of the week of your delivery.

After placing an order online, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail that includes your delivery date. One to two days prior to your delivery, you’ll receive a phone call from your customer service representative to confirm delivery details.

If you place your order in a showroom, your home furnishings consultant will gladly help you schedule your delivery dates before you leave the showroom.

Delivery To Your Home

Our world-class delivery teams consist of two specialists to insure careful placement of the furniture inside your home. Our team will place the furniture in your room of choice, however we will not move your existing furniture. For timely and safe delivery, please make sure your room is ready!

We appreciate your understanding that significant acts of nature and our concern for the safety of our delivery teams and the public may alter our delivery program. Our delivery teams have cell phones and will communicate delays or changes to their schedule if necessary.
