2.Warranty Overview
20-Year Limited Warranty

Summary below, however, the most detailed information will be found in the Reverie owner’s manual. Refer to the manual’s table of contents for specific information page.

What is covered for the first year?

YEAR 1 - FULL COVERAGE OF PARTS AND LABOR
Your Reverie adjustable bed is warranted against defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of one (1) year from the warranty commencement date. Electronics, electrical components, drive motors and massage motors are included. Upon notice during the first year from the warranty commencement date, Reverie will send replacement parts (at no cost to the purchaser) for any defective part to the purchaser, and Reverie will pay all authorized labor and transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement of any parts Reverie determines to be defective. This one (1) year warranty shall not apply if purchaser does not return any and all defective parts to Reverie within 15 days of purchaser’s receipt of replacement part. Typically, the technician assigned to fix the adjustable bed will manage this process.

What is covered in the second year?

YEARS 2 AND 3 - FULL COVERAGE OF PARTS ONLY
Upon notice during the years two and three (2 - 3) from the warranty commencement date, Reverie will offer replacement parts for any defective part to the purchaser. Electronics, electrical components, drive motors and massage motors are included. This two (2) year warranty shall not apply if purchaser does not return any and all defective parts to Reverie within 15 days of purchaser’s receipt of replacement part. Purchaser shall bear all service, transportation, labor, and shipping costs related to the delivery and/or replacement of the defective part.

YEARS 4 THROUGH 20 - PRORATED COVERAGE OF PARTS ONLY
Upon notice during the fourth through the twentieth (4 - 20) years from the warranty commencement date, Reverie will offer replacement parts (upon terms and conditions set forth in this paragraph) for any mechanical bed part found to be defective. Electronics, electrical components, drive motors and massage motors are excluded. Purchaser shall pay 1/17th of the then current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of years after three (3) years from the warranty commencement date, and Reverie shall bear the remainder of the cost of the replacement part. This seventeen (17) year warranty shall not apply if purchaser does not return any and all defective parts to Reverie within 15 days of purchaser’s receipt of replacement part. Purchaser shall bear all service, transportation, labor, and shipping costs related to the delivery and/ or replacement of the defective part. After the 20th year, purchaser shall bear the entire cost of repair and replacement of all parts and materials, including labor and transportation.

3.Warranty Details

How do I begin the process if there’s an issue with my adjustable bed?
    A.   Place a call to Reverie customer service at (800) 973-8374, ext. 1 
          Hrs. of operation are 9:00am - 8:00pm EST, Monday - Friday.
          *Please leave a voice mail over the weekend and your call will be returned on Monday morning. You can also reach out to your Reverie account manager.

          **Information the customer service representative will require:

    1. Serial number & product code numbers, which can be found:
      1. Owner’s manual.
      2. The law tag located at the head of the bed on the right hand side.
      3. Sticker on the bar connecting the legs at the foot of the bed.

      Serial Numbers: Always start with the manufacturing date, then a dash, and then either the letter A or O and 7 more numbers OR just 7 more numbers. (We will need the entire number including date.)

   B.   The customer service agent will assess the issue and decide upon the most effective route to get your adjustable bed back working to your satisfaction.
   C.   The owner’s manual also includes numerous troubleshooting tips for easy solutions.
   D.   Please keep your owner’s manual handy in case it’s needed for future use.
Manufacturer Warranties
At Raymour & Flanigan, we stand behind our quality products. We are committed to upholding manufacturer warranties during their specified time frame. If furniture covered by a manufacturer's warranty is unable to be repaired during the warranty period, we will replace the damaged piece of furniture with the same model. If the same model is no longer available, you may choose a replacement item.

To ensure we provide you with the best customer service experience possible, please be aware of the following when you choose a replacement item:
1.) A Raymour & Flanigan store manager will do everything he or she can to ensure you're completely satisfied with your replacement item. Please be aware that if your replacement furniture's everyday selling price is greater than the original purchase price of the item being replaced, you will only be responsible for the cost of the difference plus applicable tax. If a less expensive item is selected, you will not be responsible for any additional cost.

2.) If your replacement item doesn't match the other piece(s) of the same collection you purchased at the same time and the other pieces are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we'll happily offer you a one-time option to replace the other piece(s) of your collection for a usage fee. The usage fee shall be equal to the greater of twenty percent (20%) of the original invoice price of the other pieces or two percent (2%) of the original invoice price of the other pieces for each month (or partial month) between the date of delivery and the date of your claim.

3.) To expedite your replacement, you must accept delivery of your replacement item within 10 days from the date we agree to replace your furniture.

4.) As an additional convenience, if your furniture needs to be serviced after the manufacturer's warranty expires, we can provide an in-home visit by one of our expert service technicians. Please contact our Customer Care Center to set up an appointment and receive information on applicable charges.
Lightly brush or vacuum frequently to remove dust. Do not use water- or solvent-based cleaners. A professional cleaning service is recommended for an overall soiled condition.

Great Sleeping
My wife and I purchased 2 Twin XL Reverie 9T adjustable bases so that we could control how we want the beds independent of each other. This was a very good decision. I like to sleep lower than she does. The bed is easy to operate. you have full control of head, foot, and lumbar. The lumbar gives you that little extra support and adjustment. I have used the massage feature and it is very nice. The wave effect for about 10 15 minutes when you first get into the bed is a nice relaxer. The bed was more that we wanted to spend but we look at it as an investment. We will have it for a long term period. I would say to any one who is thinking of this adjustable base go for it. Figure out the mattress that is right for you and match it up with this base. If you go with the Twin Xl for two people you both can pick out a mattress that is right for you. You both do not need the same feel ( a bonus ).

Life Changing Bed!
Our doctor recommended an adjustable bed.This bed is outstanding for folks with orthopedic problems, sleep apnea and acid reflux! Our salesman Matt V. really knew his stuff. It is worth every penny to get a decent night's sleep. We were each able to chose our own mattress style. We purchased it when it was on sale. I now look forward to going to sleep where before I dreaded it. I haven't slept this well in many years. Highly recommend for troubled sleepers!

BEST ANSWER: The 9T Premium Twin Long Adjustable Base w/ Massage would require a Twin XL size mattress.
