Want to give your kids a colorful space they'll love? Let the color wheel be your guide!
The ABCs of Color
Let's start with the basics. All colors are created from three primary colors—red, blue and yellow. When you mix two of these hues, you get a secondary color—either purple, green or orange. Six more tertiary colors, like blue-green and red-orange, can be produced by combining a primary and a secondary hue.
The color wheel maps out the 12 primary, secondary and tertiary colors to help us understand how they relate to each other. Here are our favorite color wheel combinations for an unforgettable kid's bedroom.
