Q: How does the Raymour & Flanigan wedding registry work?
A: Our wedding registry is a "cash registry" that lets guests add money to a single gift card. Couples may use this one, non-expiring gift card to easily shop for your home whenever you want.
Q: Why should we set up a registry rather than request gift cards?
A: After your wedding, you will receive one gift card with one balance. Our registry makes it easier for you to shop together for your home since you don’t have to keep track of multiple gifts cards with different balances.
Q: Since guests are adding money to a gift card, why should we register for furniture and décor?
A: Well, for one, it’s fun to shop for your dream home! Plus, the pieces you pick will give guests a sense of your style as a couple and they’ll get to see how their gift to you might be spent.
Q: What if our styles change or we want to pick out different pieces after the wedding?
A: No problem! You can change your mind at any time and don’t have to purchase the pieces you selected for your registry. When you’re ready to buy, just print your registry and bring it to a store near you. You can also view your registry in store with your home furnishing consultant.
Q: Do you guarantee the products we choose will be available when we’re ready to purchase?
A:While we do our best to keep products available, our selection and prices are subject to change. If one of your selected products is no longer available, we will email you a notification so you can update your registry. If your product is no longer in stock, it may be possible for us to special order it for you.
Q: If we don’t use our entire gift card, can we get a cash refund?
A: Cash refunds are not available for unused balances.
Q: How do we get our gift card?
A: After your wedding date has passed and your cash gifts have been collected, we will contact you via email to confirm your mailing address & we will mail the gift card to you. Please allow 3-5 days to arrive.
Q: How do we let guests know we registered at Raymour & Flanigan?
A: We have complimentary enclosure cards, which you can order for your bridal shower or wedding invitations. Your registry will even have its own unique web address, so you can share it via email or Facebook!
Q: How long will our registry be active?
A: The products you registered for will remain active for 1 year after your wedding date. Contributions can be made up to 10 days after your wedding.
