2-Year Hassle Free Warranty
Your adjustable base is warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase to the original Purchaser. During such time, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at no cost to the original Purchaser, any warranted Ergomotion part(s)* found to be defective by the manufacturer, in its sole discretion. This includes all pre-authorized labor and transportation costs incurred with the repair or replacement of any part found to be defective.

5-Year Warranty on Parts
During year 3 through 5 from the original purchase date, themanufacturer will replace any part on the adjustable base found to be defective by the manufacturer, to the original Purchaser. The manufacturer’s liability is limited to the replacement of the defective electrical/mechanical Ergomotion part(s)* ONLY, with the Purchaser responsible for all service, installation, and transportation cost of said part(s).

20-Year Limited Warranty
Notwithstanding the above, the manufacturer extends a 20-year warranty on mechanical base parts found to be defective on a limited basis as defined herein. Specifically, the manufacturer warrants that for a full 20 years from the commencement date of this warranty, any defect in the workmanship or the materials used shall be covered. For purposes of this 20-year warranty, it specifically excludes the cover, shroud, platform, legs, actuator lift motors, massage motors, control box, remote controls, power supply, and all power supply cords. The purchaser shall pay 1/15 of the current MSRP of the replacement part, or the entire adjustable base if deemed irreparable at the sole discretion of the manufacturer, multiplied by the number of years after the fifth year from the original purchase date. The manufacturer’s liability shall be limited to the replacement of the defective Ergomotion part(s)* ONLY with the purchaser responsible for all service, installation and freight costs for said part. This warranty does not apply to floor models.

1-Year Warranty on Sleeptracker® Parts
Your Beautyrest Sleeptracker® System is warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase to the original Purchaser. During such time, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at no cost to the original Purchaser any warranted Sleeptracker® part* found to be defective by the manufacturer, in its sole discretion. This includes all pre-authorized labor and transportation costs incurred with the repair or replacement of any Sleeptracker® part found to be defective. This warranty covers the functionality of the Sleeptracker® System for its normal, intended use and does not cover a malfunction that has resulted in improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, or accident. After one year from the date of purchase, the purchaser shall be responsible for all part(s), service, installation, and transportation cost of said part(s). This warranty excludes claims related to use of Sleeptracker® services. Any claims related to Sleeptracker® services are governed by separate Terms and Conditions of Use for those services.

2-Year Floor Model Warranty
Your adjustable base floor model is warranted against defects in the electronics for a period of two years from the date of purchase to the original Purchaser. During the first two years the manufacturer will replace at no cost to the original Purchaser, any defective electronic Ergomotion part(s)*, excluding the parts that make up the Sleeptracker® system. The manufacturer’s liability is limited to the replacement for the defective electronic Ergomotion part(s) ONLY with the Purchaser responsible for all service, installation and transportation cost of said part(s).
Manufacturer Warranties
At Raymour & Flanigan, we stand behind our quality products. We are committed to upholding manufacturer warranties during their specified time frame. If furniture covered by a manufacturer's warranty is unable to be repaired during the warranty period, we will replace the damaged piece of furniture with the same model. If the same model is no longer available, you may choose a replacement item.

To ensure we provide you with the best customer service experience possible, please be aware of the following when you choose a replacement item:
1.) A Raymour & Flanigan store manager will do everything he or she can to ensure you're completely satisfied with your replacement item. Please be aware that if your replacement furniture's everyday selling price is greater than the original purchase price of the item being replaced, you will only be responsible for the cost of the difference plus applicable tax. If a less expensive item is selected, you will not be responsible for any additional cost.

2.) If your replacement item doesn't match the other piece(s) of the same collection you purchased at the same time and the other pieces are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we'll happily offer you a one-time option to replace the other piece(s) of your collection for a usage fee. The usage fee shall be equal to the greater of twenty percent (20%) of the original invoice price of the other pieces or two percent (2%) of the original invoice price of the other pieces for each month (or partial month) between the date of delivery and the date of your claim.

3.) To expedite your replacement, you must accept delivery of your replacement item within 10 days from the date we agree to replace your furniture.

4.) As an additional convenience, if your furniture needs to be serviced after the manufacturer's warranty expires, we can provide an in-home visit by one of our expert service technicians. Please contact our Customer Care Center to set up an appointment and receive information on applicable charges.
Lightly brush or vacuum frequently to remove dust. Do not use water- or solvent-based cleaners. A professional cleaning service is recommended for an overall soiled condition.

safty bar not included
Customers should be informed prior to final purchase that the safety bar that holds the mattress in place is not included in the purchase. Without this bar the mattress slides off the frame and the bed can not be used as desired. What unfortunate that after spending all that money on a bed and expensive mattress that ten dollar bar is not included.

Botched Assembly
Let me say that the Beautyrest SmartMotion 2.0 Queen Adjustable Base w/ Massage is a good product. However, the power down option should be included in the wireless remote, not a separate box that I have to reach for. The installers from Raymour and Flanigan were incompetent. I got that feeling immediately when they told me what they could and would not do. Salesman assured us they would put up our 38 year old headboard. The brackets were in the box. I did have to lend my tools to get them to do it. They did not even show us the operations of our first time adjustable base. I could not wait to get them out of the house. When they left, my wife and I had to undo the headboard cause it mounted with one bracket inside and the other outside so it did not line up correctly. Later that day, as we were ready the booklet was when we noticed the power down box option. However, it was tied to bracket in the center underneath the base. After getting the headboard aligned correctly there was no way we were going to undo it again. So we crawled under the bed, untied the power down box, installed 2 new 9v batteries and used Velcro tape to mount it on the side of the base where I can reach for it in case the power goes out. I should charge
R & F for time and labor. I went back to the store and the salesman gave me a 5 year adjustable base plan at no charge. Big deal.

This base is phenomenal
It comes with an amazing app (I love technology!) that tracks your sleep patterns which I find helpful since I don't always sleep good. I didn't think I would use all of the features that come with this base but I found that some of them help me relax before going to sleep. Its very heavy though so when you put it in the room you won't be moving it by yourself very easily. It can be set at different height levels, I think mine is too high because at 5'4" i have to crawl up onto the bed. I should have checked the height first before they attached the head board. The installers didn't attach the head board very well, it has a lot of wiggle in it. And they also didn't connect the Ethernet cords of the bed to the relay box. On the whole, a very good purchase!

Talk about comfortable
This is the way to go for comfort in bed for reading, watching TV, even working. And the massage ability is great as well.

Bed is ok but not as advertised
The bed is very comfortable. I have a few issues with what I thought I bought though:
1.) Sealy's website says all of their adjustable beds are wall huggers. This one is not.
2.) The massage feature is useless. It barely penetrates the mattress and you feel very little of the effect. My memory foam mattress is 10" thick.
3.) There is no option on this bed for using the app. A wireless connection is required from the bed and there is nothing like it on the bed.
You're better off saving some money and buying an adjustable bed without those features.

not worth the cost
Was not pleased with this purchase. Was told by sales rep that there was a 35-day trial on my bed purchase, only to find out that it pertained to the mattress only. I can feel the steel of the frame through the new mattress, massage motion is minimal. Since I refuse to spend any more money on a mattress upgrade I am forced to put my old feather mattress on top of the mattress. This purchase was a BIG mistake.

Great base and frame!
This new massaging frame is just the thing for my wife's back problem. The adjustable mattress also allows her to watch TV in bed in comfort! Could not be more pleased.

Smart Motion was a Smart Choice
I like my new Beauty rest Smart Motion....very comfy positions. The vibrating option is very noisy and my mattress slides away from the wall and needs to be adjusted each time I use the foot & head adjusters together.

I love the daily sleep evaluation!!

Not happy at all with service of the company or the product.
Very disappointed in height of this base feels like sleeping on the floor. Call RF was told legs were adjustable however I was not able to adjust. Schedule service dept to come to home. Never received time called RF for time of service only to be put on hold for 20 minutes hung up called back to learn they are not coming yet no one bother to call . Very disappointed in the service and not happy with purchase. I do not feel they stand behind their products. Basically only interested in the sale products and do not care about the consumer. This is first and last purchase with this company.
