Sharing a Meal and Celebrating Our Associates

Raymour & Flanigan has an annual tradition of hosting associate appreciation breakfasts across the company’s Northeast footprint. These events are a great way to meet co-workers and share a meal together! As we approach the holidays, it’s also an ideal time to reflect on the past year, look ahead to 2024, and lend a helping hand to our local communities.

At a recent event in Liverpool, NY, associates were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast, including freshly-made omelets, pancakes, waffles, home fries, bacon, and more! There was also a "Hollywood Star" contest where departments designed a “Walk of Fame” star in their own unique style. Some of the more creative submissions featured bright lights and personalized designs that embodied the team spirit of each department.

As part of our wellness efforts, we hosted a clinic onsite where associates were able to get their flu shot. In the spirit of giving back, hat and glove donations were also collected for We Rise Above the Streets, an organization that supports the homeless population in Syracuse, NY.

It was another successful associate appreciation event filled with music, group photos, lively conversation, community service, and, of course, good eats!
