At Raymour & Flanigan, we stand behind our quality products. We are committed to upholding manufacturer warranties during their specified time frame. If furniture covered by a manufacturer's warranty is unable to be repaired during the warranty period, we will replace the damaged piece of furniture with the same model. If the same model is no longer available, you may choose a replacement item.

To ensure we provide you with the best customer service experience possible, please be aware of the following when you choose a replacement item:
1.) A Raymour & Flanigan store manager will do everything he or she can to ensure you're completely satisfied with your replacement item. Please be aware that if your replacement furniture's everyday selling price is greater than the original purchase price of the item being replaced, you will only be responsible for the cost of the difference plus applicable tax. If a less expensive item is selected, you will not be responsible for any additional cost.

2.) If your replacement item doesn't match the other piece(s) of the same collection you purchased at the same time and the other pieces are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we'll happily offer you a one-time option to replace the other piece(s) of your collection for a usage fee. The usage fee shall be equal to the greater of twenty percent (20%) of the original invoice price of the other pieces or two percent (2%) of the original invoice price of the other pieces for each month (or partial month) between the date of delivery and the date of your claim.

3.) To expedite your replacement, you must accept delivery of your replacement item within 10 days from the date we agree to replace your furniture.

4.) As an additional convenience, if your furniture needs to be serviced after the manufacturer's warranty expires, we can provide an in-home visit by one of our expert service technicians. Please contact our Customer Care Center to set up an appointment and receive information on applicable charges.

Great Customer Service - poor quality bed
I had problems with this bed - similar to what other reviewers mentioned. The description says it has a weight capacity of 700 lbs, and I don't feel that is accurate.

The wooden piece near that holds the slats in place broke after about 2 months. This piece is near the "head" of the bed. Luckily my husband purchased the protection plan, so someone came to the house to fix it. They added some extra nails and its been a few months now and it seems fine. BUT the same clicking noise that I heard before has returned, but near the foot of the bed. I'm a bit baffled that they wouldn't have reinforced all four corners when they came. I have a feeling that we will need a second repair soon.

The bed looks good, but I expect better quality furniture from Raymour and Flanigan.

Avoid buying this bed...
Please save your money and your time and avoid buying this shoddy product! The reviews that note the cheap quality of the slats underneath the bed are accurate. We purchased this bed and within a year the bed had caved in on one side. I was initially glad that we had purchased the 5 Year Platinum Protection Plan except that Raymour & Flanigan sent a repairman to come and fix the bed and we ended up with two broken slats being nailed together and mismatched wood that they used to replace one of the three slats that fell apart. Needless to say a repairman was sent to us again since the problem is still an issue.
I think the worst part of this whole experience is having dealt with the condescending attitude of some of the customer service representatives. Obviously there are guidelines for any warranty but the people that I spoke with made it a point to remind me of them continually even though we had to save quite a bit of money to purchase this bed and it broke within less than one year. We have Ikea furniture that was far less than half the price that has held up for going on eight years now. I've had a representative reach out and try to apologize for the experience but let me know that the only thing that they could do for me was put through a service ticket and a repairman would assess the furniture (which I have done on numerous occasions so telling me that over and over again is a complete waste of my time and theirs). They would prefer to temporarily repair the issue than try and come up with a solution. I have put through multiple tickets and would appreciate them trying to replace the flimsy and broken parts of the bed rather than nail them together or hide them. Wouldn't it make sense to do this in the future instead of having a repairman coming out to customer's house each time? Or is it cheaper for them to do it this way? I would prefer it if Raymour & Flanigan actually replaced the flimsy slats on the bed so it's structurally sound or sell a product that is actually worth the money that I spent to buy it. I'm avoiding buying any of their furniture again in the future and would advise you to do the same.

We have wanted a sleigh bed for a long time. We are happy with it. We did not user the bar support though we used our frame that we already had. We heard that the support breaks after time. So we opted to leave our frame in place. It is a nice looking piece of furniture.

This whole experience with Raymour and Flanigan and this bed has not been a good one...
I read the other reviews and thought that this bed frame would be sturdy (especially based on the price) but the bed actually broke and caved in on one side and is now slanted. Initially the people who delivered the bed from Raymour and Flanigan didn't remember when they were scheduled to deliver the bed so we had to call them. Once the day was rescheduled the two people in charge of assembling the bed were hours late from the time frame they gave us and needed to go back to the warehouse to get the parts of the bed that they had forgotten. They actually tried to see if they could assemble the bed first with the missing parts! After they came back one of the men asked to charge his cellphone which I wouldn't normally mind but the whole situation was a bit of a debacle. Once they left they didn't bother cleaning up and left any plastic or cardboard on the ground. I'm really disappointed in Raymour and Flanigan and this bed frame (which wasn't all that affordable to begin with). I won't be shopping at Raymour and Flanigan again.

Love the look, but not the quality
We love the bed's look and we thought it would be sturdy by the look and feel of the wood. The bottom rails under the bed keep breaking. We had the bed nearly 1 year and we just scheduled the 4th visit. Platinum care has been awesome, but its beyond frustrating to say the least.
