At Raymour & Flanigan, we stand behind our quality products. We are committed to upholding manufacturer warranties during their specified time frame. If furniture covered by a manufacturer's warranty is unable to be repaired during the warranty period, we will replace the damaged piece of furniture with the same model. If the same model is no longer available, you may choose a replacement item.

To ensure we provide you with the best customer service experience possible, please be aware of the following when you choose a replacement item:
1.) A Raymour & Flanigan store manager will do everything he or she can to ensure you're completely satisfied with your replacement item. Please be aware that if your replacement furniture's everyday selling price is greater than the original purchase price of the item being replaced, you will only be responsible for the cost of the difference plus applicable tax. If a less expensive item is selected, you will not be responsible for any additional cost.

2.) If your replacement item doesn't match the other piece(s) of the same collection you purchased at the same time and the other pieces are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we'll happily offer you a one-time option to replace the other piece(s) of your collection for a usage fee. The usage fee shall be equal to the greater of twenty percent (20%) of the original invoice price of the other pieces or two percent (2%) of the original invoice price of the other pieces for each month (or partial month) between the date of delivery and the date of your claim.

3.) To expedite your replacement, you must accept delivery of your replacement item within 10 days from the date we agree to replace your furniture.

4.) As an additional convenience, if your furniture needs to be serviced after the manufacturer's warranty expires, we can provide an in-home visit by one of our expert service technicians. Please contact our Customer Care Center to set up an appointment and receive information on applicable charges.

Heat and massage shut off after a few min, no manual to refer to
Never received any kind of paperwork or manual for it so I'm not sure if it's normal for the heat and massage to shut off in less than five min of use. Had it two days now and this is happening

Nice but too many unecessary frills
This is a very nice set, although its more expensive than needed because it comes with some frills that are not really necessary (refrigerated cup holders, electric head rest movers, etc). The fabric is nice and comfortable. Keep in mind you will need at a lot of electrical outlets for all of the power needs (power recline, refrigerated cup, charger) etc. It looks good in our living room. I don't particularly like the "curved" corner section, though, and would rather have it be rectangular to more closely fit the wall corner. It leaves a large open space in the corner.

Couch is comfortable. Material pulls very easy. Pets walking on it has caused visible material pulls after only 1 week. The heat is very warm and relaxing. Having one console control for 2 chairs is kind of annoying, accidentally reclining the other one by mistake happens a lot.

Very comfortable with heated seats n massage
We are thrilled with this new couch. It’s very comfortable, particularly the adjustable head rests. The electric console with the heating, massage, and chilled cup holder features wowed our guests. Overall it seems like a great value.

So comfortable, tons of features
This couch, while pricey, is worth every penny. The heated seats are a great feature. The massage chairs are decent, although noisy if you use the highest setting.

I wish the controller on the console was touch enabled. We constantly accidentally recline each others seat by accident.

Worst purchase that we have ever made!
We purchased this sectional in April, 2019. We were told that it was pet friendly. We have a cat but she uses her scratching post. Just from our cat walking on the couch it is COVERED with pulls! We had a previous couch that was micro-fiber that didn't have a single mark on it.. When we remodeled we upgraded to a sectional. We are so disgusted that we can barely look at it. We call it our $3,000. piece of s***. Hopefully you can help us. We are heart broken. The sectional looks like it is 20 plus years old!

Great Living room piece
It’s very comfortable. The color is a grayish blue. Everyone in my family has a comfortable seat. Did I mention it’s very comfy. Heated seats. Massage in the 2 recliners. So far no complaints.

Very comfortable with all the gadgets included
We thought a sectional sofa with reclining pieces would work better in our limited apartment space and we were correct. The delivery men did a great job of assembling the unit and we are enjoying the reclining options and head rest features as well. Looks like we made a good choice.

Not what I expected from Raymour ??
I was quite disappointed when I arrived home to see my new sectional from Raymour. A piece of the sectional was not attached, material was just hanging because the Velcro was never attached and the USB and plug didn’t work. I contacted my salesman who was off an directed me to the store. I was told it would take 10 days for someone to come and fix it. I asked if there was time to change my mind about the purchase and was told no once the delivery was accepted, it was mine.

I just received our Connell 3-pc sectional. Wondering why there is no booklet on care of couch and operational booklet on the console? Also why is the control panel upside down you can’t read it? Last question why is it so loud?

BEST ANSWER: That’s the “memory button”. Adjust the seat of preference to your liking, press the M button for a few seconds and next time you sit all you have to do is press the “M” to get your preferred position. It’s like the driver memory/setting on a car seat.

BEST ANSWER: Only the two connected to the touchpad have heat and massage. The other recliner only has a head rest and foot adjustment control.
How do you get the console outlet and usb ports to work? The control panel works fine but we can't plug anything into the console.

Did you check the outlets the couch is plugged into?
Also did you check the fuse box to make sure it hasn’t been tripped.
Also call Raymour and Flanigan if it’s under warranty they may be able to fix it
Is there a way to turn off the touch-pad when the sectional will not be in use?
ALSO, I need the touch-pad manual emailed to me, please.

Here is are recommended cleaning for this type of sectional: Lightly brush or vacuum frequently to remove dust and grime. Spot clean using a mild water-based solvent. Pre-test cleaning methods on a hidden surface. A professional cleaning service is recommended for an overall soiled condition.
How high is the back of the couch that is against a wall? Want to be sure it doesn’t cover my windows too much.
