On behalf of everyone at Raymour & Flanigan, our hearts go out to all those who have been affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are committed to helping slow the spread of this virus and to protecting the safety and well-being of our associates and guests. In support of that effort, we have temporarily closed all of our stores. We remain open and ready to serve you online at www.RaymourFlanigan.com. As we have for over 65 years, during good and challenging times, we will do everything we can to support our associates and local communities. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you in person in the future.
Delivery / Shipping
- Raymour & Flanigan deliveries are temporarily on hold for newly received orders. Once we are able to safely resume our regular delivery schedule, we will contact you to schedule your delivery. Rest assured, your items will be reserved, and orders will be prioritized for delivery in the order they are received.
- Items marked as Free Shipping continue to be shipped via 3rd party partners where possible.
- If you had a delivery scheduled over the next 30 days, we are reserving your merchandise and holding your place in line for delivery.
- During this time, we will be making a limited number of deliveries of existing orders, taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. We will contact you as soon as your order is available to be delivered.

- Our website remains open for business and all new orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible, some within 2-3 days.
- Online Home Furnishing and Sleep Consultants are available and ready to help answer any questions you may have. Call, text or chat directly with us for immediate support.
- All of our Showrooms, Outlets and Clearance Centers are temporarily closed and will reopen once permitted by local and state authorities.
- Platinum Protection Plan repairs and all in-home service visits are unavailable at this time. We look forward to resuming service as soon as safely possible.
- If you have an existing service request, we will call you to reschedule when service becomes available once again.
- If you need to file a new Platinum Protection Plan claim or other service claim, please email your order information and claim details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All associates have been offered a paid time off option in an effort to continue supporting their families despite normal operations being temporarily suspended.
