We have modified our store shopping experience to provide a safe and comfortable experience for our guests and associates. Please see below for the precautions that we are taking in our stores.
- Associate Wellness: All associates are required to take their temperature and undergo a wellness check prior to starting work.
- Face Coverings: All associates are required to wear a mask in our showroom. We have disposable masks available for guests while shopping.
- Social Distancing: Please adhere to social distancing measures and maintain a 6 ft. distance from other customers and associates.
- Sanitizer & Disinfectant Wipes: These items are made readily available throughout our showroom for associate and customer use as needed.
- Customer Limits: We are actively limiting the number of customers allowed in our showrooms at one time.
- Focused cleaning: Our associates are asked to focus on the cleansing of our showrooms frequently in all areas.
- Door handles: Paper towels are available to use to open doors.
- Bathrooms: Bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly every 2 hours for our customers.
- Sanitizing: Our associates are focused on sanitizing their hands and any technology used within our showrooms between each customer.
- Mattress Protectors: These are made available while testing products throughout our showrooms.
- Illness: If any associates or customers are exhibiting symptoms, such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, etc., then they will be kindly asked to leave the store and return at a future date.
We have reinstated our white-glove delivery service and are now offering no-contact delivery 7 days a week. Please Call (select option 5), text or chat with a Customer Care associate to schedule your order for delivery.
You can elect to have your furniture delivered to your door, garage, or the room of your choice. We are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our guests and associates, including:
- Delivery teams wearing masks and gloves.
- Checking delivery and warehouse associates' temperatures daily.
- Requiring associates who are ill to stay home.
Items marked as Free Shipping continue to be shipped via 3rd party partners such as UPS and FedEx.

Platinum Protection Plan repairs and all in-home service visits have now resumed. If you have an existing service request, we will call you to reschedule. For new Platinum Protection Plan claims or other service claims, please email your order information and claim details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
