Helix mattresses are handmade by skilled professionals at the manufacturer’s facility in Phoenix, Arizona, where the highest quality materials and American-made craftsmanship are used in each and every product.
What type of support base is required with a Helix mattress?
To ensure the intended feel and durability of your Helix mattress, you will need to use a slatted foundation with no more than 5 inches between each slat or a full platform base. Traditional box springs should not be used with your Helix mattress.
What is the warranty on Helix mattresses?
Each Helix mattress in the core collection (Sunset, Midnight, Twilight), as well as Helix Kids and Helix Plus, includes a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty. Mattresses in the Luxe collection (Sunset Luxe, Midnight Luxe, Twilight Luxe) include a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty.
How is my Helix mattress delivered?
Helix mattresses offer incredible convenience and easy set-up in your home. Your Helix mattress will arrive carefully rolled and packaged in a box. Once removed from the box and expanded, it is ready for use within 2 hours.
Where are Helix mattresses sold?
In partnership with Helix, we are excited to offer their mattresses in our online e-commerce catalog. Helix mattresses are not currently available to comfort test however, they can be ordered with assistance from an associate at your local showroom.
