Kiln-dried hardwood and furniture-grade plywood frame materials
Kiln drying removes moisture to protect frame from changes in humidity that could cause splitting, warping and cracking. Reinforced with heavy-duty metal fasteners and glue for added strength and stability.

Manufacturer Warranties
At Raymour & Flanigan, we stand behind our quality products. We are committed to upholding manufacturer warranties during their specified time frame. If furniture covered by a manufacturer's warranty is unable to be repaired during the warranty period, we will replace the damaged piece of furniture with the same model. If the same model is no longer available, you may choose a replacement item.

To ensure we provide you with the best customer service experience possible, please be aware of the following when you choose a replacement item:
1.) A Raymour & Flanigan store manager will do everything he or she can to ensure you're completely satisfied with your replacement item. Please be aware that if your replacement furniture's everyday selling price is greater than the original purchase price of the item being replaced, you will only be responsible for the cost of the difference plus applicable tax. If a less expensive item is selected, you will not be responsible for any additional cost.

2.) If your replacement item doesn't match the other piece(s) of the same collection you purchased at the same time and the other pieces are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we'll happily offer you a one-time option to replace the other piece(s) of your collection for a usage fee. The usage fee shall be equal to the greater of twenty percent (20%) of the original invoice price of the other pieces or two percent (2%) of the original invoice price of the other pieces for each month (or partial month) between the date of delivery and the date of your claim.

3.) To expedite your replacement, you must accept delivery of your replacement item within 10 days from the date we agree to replace your furniture.

4.) As an additional convenience, if your furniture needs to be serviced after the manufacturer's warranty expires, we can provide an in-home visit by one of our expert service technicians. Please contact our Customer Care Center to set up an appointment and receive information on applicable charges.
Lightly brush or vacuum frequently to remove dust and grime. Spot clean with water- or solvent-based cleaners. Pre-test cleaning methods on a hidden surface. A professional cleaning service is recommended for an overall soiled condition.

Nice Chair
So glad to have found this chair. Its modern and contemporary styling works very well in the room. It is quite comfortable as well. After considering different fabric choices we decided to go with what was on the floor model. Works perfectly in our room.

Nice chair but probably won’t shop here again
I ordered 2 of these chairs, but was very dissatisfied when the back of one of the chairs material was not hammered in. Nails were sticking out on both sides of the back of chair. The women at customer service ordered me another chair, however, when I called back the number she told me to call back on for delivery the guy that answered the phone didn’t want to help me. He even hung up on me.took several attempts to set up a pick up and a delivery date. No one from the Steven called to apologize.

Nice chairs a little high
Ordered 2 chairs, 1 came perfect the other had 1 broken leg. I don’t know how as they were packed very well. None the less I put a new bolt and screws to fix it, rather than returning it.

i have a cat. wanted to know if anyone has a cat and if their scratched this fabric?

BEST ANSWER: Hello!! We also have a cat. I think if the cat is a scratcher it is going to scratch any chair. Ours has attempted to scratch it but I redirected her to one of her scratching posts and it has not been a problem. I also have some spray that I got at Pet Co that I spray on the corners of my upholstered furniture every so often. If you are asking if this particular fabric is especially attractive to cats I would say no more than any other. By the way..I still LOVE the chair after more than a year. I was in the store looking around the other day and when I saw it I still thought "I LOVE that chair!"
