Two "deliveries" and still have not received my purchase. When I contact Raymour & Flanigan, they tell me I have to deal with the delivery service. I have wasted hours of my time trying to track down my product. They have been completely worthless. I will never buy from them again.

Wrong size Wrong product

I have wanted an adjustable bed for years, so finally my vertigo and sinus problems forced me to go forward with this plan. I researched for many days to find the right product at the right price, and I found GhostBed. I narrowed my choices down to three, including GhostBed. What tipped the balance was the customer service. I had a CSR contact me and he got me additional discounts which swayed my decision. And now I love my bed, particularly the Anti-Gravity setting. The first night I got in bed, followed by three of my dogs (one sleeps outside), I got comfortable and pushed the button for this setting and my dogs were stunned. What's up Mom??? They all had to get used to finding a bit of a different place on the bed, but I'm so very happy.

It's just as described, and so far it's been amazing
