Thank you for choosing Broyhill Furniture. You have made an investment in style and lasting quality that will bring years of enjoyment. Please read the terms of the Broyhill Limited Warranty Coverage carefully. Retain your proof of purchase and this printed warranty to substantiate a claim in the event warranty service is required.

Limitations Applicable to All Warranties

All warranties are to the original purchaser from authorized dealers only. Warranties are not transferable. All warranties are limited to manufacturing and material defects that appear under normal, indoor residential use. Additional limitations described herein apply.

Warranties are for repair, replacement, or substitution only, in Broyhill’s sole discretion. Refunds are not available.

Broyhill will pay reasonable and customary rates for labor during the period of the labor warranty. The consumer will be responsible for labor costs after the stated time period.

The consumer is responsible for in-home inspection fees, transportation of the product to and from the dealer and to and from the Broyhill factory (most repairs do not require return to the factory).

Warranties are voided by evidence of excessive soiling, improper cleaning or treatment, abuse, or abnormal use. Warranties do not apply to products used for rental, business, commercial, institutional, in recreational vehicles or other nonresidential uses. Warranties do not apply to purchases of floor samples or “as is” products except as required by law.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. All express and implied warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in time to the term of this limited warranty. No warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the expiration of the limited warranty period. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Except as set forth in this warranty and to the extent provided by law, in no event will Broyhill be liable for incidental or consequential damages, even if it had reason to know in advance that such damages were possible. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. No Broyhill dealer or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.

Warranty Service

All claims for service must be accompanied by proof of purchase (Bill of Sale). Contact the dealer from whom the furniture was purchased to request warranty service under this warranty. If the original dealer is not accessible, contact a local Broyhill dealer for assistance. Broyhill will not be responsible for transportation or packing charges without prior approval. Repair, replacement or substitution, as determined by Broyhill, will be made as soon as practical.

Broyhill Wood Furniture Limited Warranty
(for wood products purchased on or after February 13, 2013)

1 year limited parts and labor on:

Wood and finish
Drawer and door hardware
Drawer glides - metal and wood
Fabrics* (excludes Customer Own Material)
Leathers* (excludes Customer Own Material)
Metal furniture and detailing
Glass and mirrors
Marble and stone
Casters
Electrical components and systems

*Fabric and leather. Fabric fading, pilling, shrinkage, stretching, wearing quality and color fastness are not covered by this warranty. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatments applied by the retailer or consumer, heavy soiling or improper cleaning will void this warranty. Leather coverage does not include natural markings, shrinkage, stretching, or variations in grain or color, which occur naturally and prove the authenticity of the leather.

Wood frame and parts: 5 years parts, 1 year labor
Springs and spring systems: 5 years parts, 1 year labor
Wood and metal bases: 3 years parts, 1 year labor
Decorative wood parts and finish: 1 year parts and labor

Manufacturer Warranties
At Raymour & Flanigan, we stand behind our quality products. We are committed to upholding manufacturer warranties during their specified time frame. If furniture covered by a manufacturer's warranty is unable to be repaired during the warranty period, we will replace the damaged piece of furniture with the same model. If the same model is no longer available, you may choose a replacement item.

To ensure we provide you with the best customer service experience possible, please be aware of the following when you choose a replacement item:
1.) A Raymour & Flanigan store manager will do everything he or she can to ensure you're completely satisfied with your replacement item. Please be aware that if your replacement furniture's everyday selling price is greater than the original purchase price of the item being replaced, you will only be responsible for the cost of the difference plus applicable tax. If a less expensive item is selected, you will not be responsible for any additional cost.

2.) If your replacement item doesn't match the other piece(s) of the same collection you purchased at the same time and the other pieces are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we'll happily offer you a one-time option to replace the other piece(s) of your collection for a usage fee. The usage fee shall be equal to the greater of twenty percent (20%) of the original invoice price of the other pieces or two percent (2%) of the original invoice price of the other pieces for each month (or partial month) between the date of delivery and the date of your claim.

3.) To expedite your replacement, you must accept delivery of your replacement item within 10 days from the date we agree to replace your furniture.

4.) As an additional convenience, if your furniture needs to be serviced after the manufacturer's warranty expires, we can provide an in-home visit by one of our expert service technicians. Please contact our Customer Care Center to set up an appointment and receive information on applicable charges.

Wood Care:
  • Dust with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Wipe with a damp cloth.
  • Dry thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.
  • All spills should be cleaned up immediately.

Fabric Cleaning Code S:
  • To prevent overall soil, frequent vacuuming or light brushing to remove dust and grime is recommended.
  • Spot clean using a mild water-free solvent or dry cleaning product, avoiding those which contain carbon tetrachloride as it is highly toxic.
  • Pretest a small area before proceeding.
  • Use a professional furniture cleaning service when an overall soiled condition has been reached.

JUNK!
We bought these COUNTER HEIGHT chairs along with the matching table. Within days, the chair cushions started to collapse. Upon further inspection, we found that there is no support beneath the cushions-none at all! Also, the back of chair cracked. These chairs are veneer over hardwood. Purchased the warranty-thank God! Was offered to replace cushions or all chairs -went to showroom. Regular size chair-same model-had hardwood support under cushions, but not counter height???? Same chair-Broyhill. Manager said thats how they are made-we decided to go with counter height stools-similar price-much more sturdy and attractive. Always check beneath the cushions. We went around and found this was the only chair like this. Hope this helps.

Can you change the fabric of this chair to match one of your couch fabrics?

BEST ANSWER: What we have online is how we stock the item. If you would like to pick a different color, fabric or style, or size you would need to contact the nearest showroom and a sales professional may be able to special order that for you.
