Frequently asked questions
What are your delivery policies and timing?
Expect most items to be delivered to your door within five to seven days. During checkout, you can select preferred delivery dates. We do our best to deliver on the day you choose. Most of our mattresses are eligible for next-day delivery by choosing White-Glove Delivery. Items requiring ground shipping are delivered directly from the vendor. Therefore, we are unable to provide an exact shipping date for ground shipped items.
What are your delivery fees?
White-Glove Delivery fees are calculated based on the zip code of the delivery and merchandise cart total. For example, a $600 order going to zip code 13212 (Syracuse, NY) may have a delivery fee of $69.99, while the same $600 order going to zip code 10001 (New York, NY) may generate a higher White-Glove Delivery fee of $84.99.
What is your return policy?
We put great care into processing, inspecting, and delivering your order. For that reason, we are unable to process returns or refunds once merchandise has been accepted. If you have concerns about your order, you may cancel anytime up to the day of pickup or delivery. For more details, please visit our Return Policy page.
Does Raymour & Flanigan remove my old furniture or mattresses?
With the purchase and delivery of a new mattress, our delivery team will remove and recycle an old mattress in acceptable condition.
Who can accept a furniture delivery if I am not home?
If you are not able to accept the delivery, someone over the age of 18 may accept it for you.
In preparation for the delivery, clear the surrounding area where the furniture will be placed, including pictures, mirrors, or other items in the delivery path.
If you live in an apartment building, you should inquire if your building requires an insurance certificate. If it does, please obtain your building management's information and have it handy to complete this process.
Last but certainly not least, double check your measurements to ensure a successful delivery.
What is the difference between White-Glove Delivery, showroom pickup, and ground shipping?
White-Glove Delivery

- Delivered to your home and into the room of choice

Self-Pickup at Showroom or Service Center
- Free mattress and furniture pickup is available at any showroom
- Table lamps, wall art and decor, throw pillows, and online-only items are NOT available for showroom pickup
- Customer must load items (assistance is NOT available)
- Products are available unassembled and uninspected
Ground Shipping
- Free shipping to your home
- Product is drop-shipped to your door by third party vendors
- No signature is required
- Customer must be prepared to bring product to their designated place/room/area
What happens if my new furniture does not fit?
To ensure proper fit for your space, please measure your space prior to delivery using our Measure for Delivery Guide or our 3D room planner.
In the event an item does not fit, please contact us immediately. We will create a refund and return for the order. Allow two or more days for credit to be processed.
What if my shipping address is wrong on the day of delivery?
You will need to reschedule your delivery day. Please call customer care to ensure your address is corrected in our system.
How do I confirm the delivery address for my purchase?
If the purchase was made online, please check your email for the order confirmation. The email will include the delivery address under the shipping information section.
If the purchase was made in a showroom, check the receipt provided at purchase.
You can always contact the customer care center to double check your address for delivery.
