Delivery Tips

You’ll get notification when our delivery team is on its way, including a link to track the truck in real time. Use the following tips to prepare before your furniture arrives.

Getting Ready

If you are unable to accept delivery, someone over the age of 18 may be present to accept for you.

Clear the area around where the furniture will go, including pictures, mirrors and items along the delivery path.

If you live in an apartment building, check if your building requires an insurance certificate. If it does, have your building management’s info handy and give us a call to complete the process.

Double check your measurements to ensure a successful delivery.

Safety

If there is construction in your home, please reschedule delivery until it’s complete.

Please keep pets in another room to avoid delivery disruption.

In inclement weather, clear driveways and walkways to ensure safe delivery.

If your furniture requires a tip restraint, your delivery team will provide the hardware for you to install. INSTALL TIP RESTRAINTS IMMEDIATELY AFTER DELIVERY.
