Manufacturer Warranties
At Raymour & Flanigan, we stand behind our quality products. We are committed to upholding manufacturer warranties during their specified time frame. If furniture covered by a manufacturer's warranty is unable to be repaired during the warranty period, we will replace the damaged piece of furniture with the same model. If the same model is no longer available, you may choose a replacement item.

To ensure we provide you with the best customer service experience possible, please be aware of the following when you choose a replacement item:
1.) A Raymour & Flanigan store manager will do everything he or she can to ensure you're completely satisfied with your replacement item. Please be aware that if your replacement furniture's everyday selling price is greater than the original purchase price of the item being replaced, you will only be responsible for the cost of the difference plus applicable tax. If a less expensive item is selected, you will not be responsible for any additional cost.

2.) If your replacement item doesn't match the other piece(s) of the same collection you purchased at the same time and the other pieces are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we'll happily offer you a one-time option to replace the other piece(s) of your collection for a usage fee. The usage fee shall be equal to the greater of twenty percent (20%) of the original invoice price of the other pieces or two percent (2%) of the original invoice price of the other pieces for each month (or partial month) between the date of delivery and the date of your claim.

3.) To expedite your replacement, you must accept delivery of your replacement item within 10 days from the date we agree to replace your furniture.

4.) As an additional convenience, if your furniture needs to be serviced after the manufacturer's warranty expires, we can provide an in-home visit by one of our expert service technicians. Please contact our Customer Care Center to set up an appointment and receive information on applicable charges.
Use a protective mattress pad, included with your purchase of our 5-year protection plan. Vacuuming is the only recommended cleaning method.

I highly recommend this adjustable base. Super simple set up. Easy Care. Very Sturdy. It Moves up and down smoothly. I left out a star because It did not come with the Headboard Attachment. I’m waiting to hear from Raymour & Flanigan about obtaining one. Someone was supposed to call me back on Friday, today is Sunday. I do Applaud this store on answering phone questions and orders. In the current “climate,” they have been Excellent to deal with. Especially Stacey in Syracuse NY. I love Raymour and Flanigan, always great quality!

BEST ANSWER: With the free downloadable smartphone nightstand app, it will offer more options and control such positions as the Zero Gravity, but without the smart phone application, the remote is manual and does not have preset positions.

Can the sections of the base be taken apart so it can be transported up an L shape staircase?

BEST ANSWER: Hello Angela. A headboard cannot be attached the adjustable base. It is made to be placed within a bed frame that includes a headboard, footboard and rails.

BEST ANSWER: I don't think you can attach a head board to it because it moves up and down at the head and the foot. I have a head board that is attached to the foot board by two side boards and the reverie adjustable base sits inside that frame nicely
Can i have a king size mattress with 3em horizontal base?

BEST ANSWER: I am a customer to whom was forwarded your question. I have a Queen size bed and wouldn’t know the answer to your question. If you do get the base, make sure to ask the installer to leave the directions. In his desire to throw away any papers left over, the installer threw away the instructions. Sometimes customer reviews end up also answering my questions. Good luck.

Can you use a headboard with this base?

BEST ANSWER: We have a head board but it is not attached, don’t have a footboard so I don’t know about that. Works fine with our setup, we just never use it.

The remote is not working...we unplugged everything and changed batteries. We bought bed in November 2019. Any ideas why remote won’t work? All lights are coming on...just no response to any button. Thanks

BEST ANSWER: We are on our 2nd since the first one we had stopped working. Apparently we needed to have a surge protector on it. We had a storm and it stopped working. When the bed was set up by the Raymour & Flanigan team, a surge protector was never mentioned. They gave us a discount on the replacement but if anything happens to this one, we will not be purchasing another from R & F.
Hi Bought the Tempur-pedic bed with the adjustable head and feet back in 8/2019 worked great... Now the remote and the control under the bed are not working together.. tried the number four times on the back of the remote.. no response. Please Who else can I get here to fix my bed ASAP????? thank you so much C. Hall

BEST ANSWER: I had the same problem, a new remote was $75.00. They recommended that I download the app to control the bed position. Worked fined for the first day. They need to look into why they are having so many issues with this.
