Friends and Family Associate Referral Promotion (Fall 2026)

NO PURCHASE BY EMPLOYEE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By participating in the Friends and Family Associate Referral Promotion (Fall 2026) (the “Promotion”), you agree to abide by these Official Rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of Raymours Furniture Company, Inc., d/b/a Raymour & Flanigan (“Raymour & Flanigan” and/or “Sponsor”) which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion, and release the Sponsor from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Promotion or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is not open to the general public. The Promotion is only open to current employees of Sponsor who a) are not Home Furnishing Consultants, Home Furnishing Leads, and/or Selling Managers; b) are in good standing and employed by Sponsor at the time of prize award; c) are legal residents of the 50 U.S./D.C.; and d) are age 18 or older. Void outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion will begin on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 and end on Sunday, October 25, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

ENTRY AND WINNER DETERMINATION: Eligible employees of Sponsors (i.e., those that are not Home Furnishing Consultants, Home Furnishing Leases or other Selling Managers) may report friends and family members whom they invited to Raymour & Flanigan’s Friends and Family Sale event (each a “Prospect”) by completing the Friends and Family Prospect form available at [WEB FORM URL] (the “Prospect Form”). To be eligible as an entry into the Promotion (each an “Entry”) all of the following conditions must be satisfied: (i) the eligible Sponsor employee submits the Prospect on the Prospect Form during the Promotion Period, (ii) the Prospect places an order from Raymour & Flanigan during the time period between October 21, 2026 and October 25, 2026 (an order is deemed “placed” by a Prospect if Sponsor verifies the Prospect, in its sole discretion, as the same person submitted in a Prospect Form (each a “Verified Order”), and (iii) the Prospect accepts delivery on the Verified Order by November 25, 2026). If more than one eligible employee submits the same Prospect, only the first submission, based on the Prospect Form’s recorded submission date and time, will count toward an entry, provided all other entry requirements are met. By submitting any Prospect information in the Prospect Form, the employee represents and warrants to Sponsor that the employee has obtained the permission of such Prospect to provide the information detailed in the Prospect Form to Raymour & Flanigan. Determination of what is deemed an Entry (including without limitation determination of whether an employee is eligible and what constitutes a Verified Order) shall be made in Sponsor’s sole discretion, which decision shall be final and unappealable. Prospects whose orders are cancelled or returned prior to November

30, 2026 will be removed from eligibility. There is no limit of the number of entries per Eligible Employee, but only 1 Entry will be earned for each Prospect, even if such Prospect places multiple orders during the applicable period.

After the Promotion has ended, the winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about Monday, November 30, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period by the Sponsor, a representative of the Sponsor whose decisions are final.

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS: There is one (1) Grand Prize, one (1) First Prize, one (1) Second Prize and twenty-two (22) Third Prizes available to be won. The Grand Prize winner will receive a $300 Reward Gift Card. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $300. The First Prize winner will receive a $200 Reward Gift Card. The ARV of the First Prize is $200. The Second Prize winner will receive a $100 Reward Gift Card. The ARV of the Second Prize is $100. Each Third Prize winner will receive a Tempur-pedic pillow. The ARV of each Third Prize is $[_____].

WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION: The potential winners will be notified via email and/or phone. Prizes will be awarded within approximately 30 days after winner verification.

If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules that winner will be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. If Sponsor is unable to determine and verify a potential winner after repeated alternate drawings or if Sponsor fails to receive a sufficient number of entries to correspond to the number of prizes available to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to not award such prize(s).

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are non-assignable, non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules are available to be won in the Promotion. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning prize.

Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, video recordings, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.

GENERAL: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor, and its affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Promotion, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each (the “Released Parties”), from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the Promotion, and the acceptance and use/misuse of the prizes offered. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Promotion or use/misuse or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prizes.

By participating in the Promotion, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor. If, for any reason, the Promotion cannot be run as planned, Sponsor may disqualify any suspect entries or individuals from the Promotion and any Promotion it sponsors and (a) suspend the Promotion and modify the Promotion to address the impairment, then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment.

THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THIS PROMOTION CANNOT BE ADMINISTERED OR CONDUCTED OR ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS RESULTING OR ARISING FROM ACTS OF GOD, WAR, OR TERRORISM, CIVIL UNREST, STRIKES, SUPPLY SHORTAGES, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, EPIDEMICS, COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LAW OR ORDER OF A GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR ACT, EVENT, OR OCCURRENCE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE SPONSOR. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITE, AS APPLICABLE. FURTHER, SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, DIVERSIONS, CHANGES IN SERVICE OR ACCOMMODATIONS OR SUBSTITUTIONS, OR FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY ANY THIRD PARTIES BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS SUPPLYING ANY SERVICES OR COMPONENTS OF THE PRIZE(S) TO WINNERS OR FOR ANY RESULTING INJURIES, INCLUDING MONEY DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES, PROPERTY DAMAGES, PERSONAL INJURIES OR DEATH RESULTING THEREFROM.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

DISPUTES: Any dispute or claim regarding this Promotion shall be governed by the terms and conditions in the Raymour & Flanigan Employment Arbitration Program Terms.
