User Generated Content Disclosure

Thank you for being a customer of Raymour & Flanigan (“R&F”)!

We have requested, and you have agreed, that R&F may use any photo that you have posted or will post to your social media accounts by including a hashtag #featuremyRFstyle in the post or comments to the post (any such photo being referred to as the “Shared Photos”). You grant to R&F and its affiliates a worldwide license to reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use the Shared Photos for marketing purposes, including but without limitation, on our social media accounts, website, quarterly design magazine, e-mail, printed in-store materials and other marketing materials.

You allow R&F to create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit the Shared Photos in any manner, with no obligation to you whatsoever. In addition, you grant R&F the right to use your username, image, likeness, caption, location or other identifying information in connection with any use of the Shared Photos.

Our license to use your Shared Photos is royalty free, meaning we do not owe you anything else for use of your content and you acknowledge that you derive certain other benefits from allowing R&F to so use your Shared Photos. This license is perpetual, meaning that license it lasts for an unlimited period of time.

You represent to R&F that you own all rights to your content or, alternatively, that you have the right to give R&F the rights described above. You also agree that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any third party.

By replying to us with #featuremyRFstyle, you agree to the terms contained above.
